While no property can guarantee protection from every extreme weather event, the facility is designed to minimise water accumulation around the units and provide clean, dry storage conditions.

Our enclosed storage units are designed to provide clean and dry storage conditions. For longer-term storage, we recommend using quality packing materials, furniture covers and mattress protectors. Where practical, shelving or pallets can provide additional separation from the floor.

Our 29.1 m² and 45 m² storage units include two power sockets operating on a two-hour timer. All storage units also have lighting that operates on a two-hour timer.
